Crystalline shards of glass,
Are falling,
Just like tears
Visions from the past,
They suddenly,
Seem so clear

What...do you see?
What...do you hear?
What...do you fear?!

The monsters under your bed,
They aren't real!
But somehow the monsters got in your head,
And they reside there still!
You say your dreams have come to life,
And I would have to agree
I understand why you scream...
Because I know what it means,
To fear the night!

So many voices...
So strange but all your own
Locked away inside your world,
You are left so alone
Memories, they flit across your eyes,
Eyes that are opened wide!
