How Does It Feel?
How does it feel,
When the walls begin to come down?
But still...
You won't leave,
You won't move,
Doesn't seem to be a thing that you can do
Where do we turn,
When no-one around us seems to learn?
How does it feel?
How does it feel,
To need someone so much?
But still...
They lie there alone,
And don't know which way to go
Where should we turn,
When bridges burn around us,
And we don't learn?
How does it feel?
How does it feel,
To watch someone die,
In your arms?
When you promised them,
That you'd keep them safe from harm?
But still...
Memories we have to live with forever,
And time doesn't fade them,
No never
Where do we turn,
When the past catches up,
And makes us burn?
And how does it feel?
How does it feel,
To know everything is wrong?
To know in your soul,
They were lying all along?
To feel someone's pain?
To let them feel your rage?
How does it feel,
To know that it's over?
But still...
You'd give anything,
To see just one more morning,
How does it feel?
How does it feel,
To see the dreams you made turn to dust?
But still.....
How does it feel,
To find reality is wrong?
In your mind it seemed so strong,
How does it feel?
Letting go is so easy,
Giving up is so appealing!
How does it feel?

Literature
Affection
If I could spread
affection far
across the world
with the blow of
a dandelion,
I would.
I would so love
to watch the white
puffs float to meet
their destination.
I want to see more eyes,
lighting up like fireflies;
finding their way home.
Literature
we are the moment.
i don't
mean to
be a
bother, but
i'm scared i
suppose.
-
everyone has to be somewhere.
-
and i guess
i'll go home now,
because
we smell, of smoke
from our favorite brand of
cigarrettes, and
we're not even smokers.
-
everyone needs a place to stay.
-
and i still plan to
color my scars someday,
but for now
i'll have to do
with
red.
-
everyone wants to be in love.
-
but,
don't you
break
my
heart, because i
just
want to go home.
-
don't you believe me. i'm a liar.
-
and if i
swore that
tomorrow
never came,
even though we still believed
in yesterday
then we,
are only meant to
be liars, and i
think
Literature
what she makes me feel.
she is a girl reminding me that love is a sadist.
she is a survivor telling stories with her scars.
she is a writer drawing me into dappled dawns and apple autumns and makes me want to sit next to her
and tell her to dare to be happy again.

It's easy to see in the writing of yesterday, the writer I have become today.
Enjoy. Please comment.
